Wonderful fish brooch Jenni!!
Very cool brooch- the detail of the net behind is amazing too and the colour. I love that fish though, it's pose is very elegant, it reminds me of some kind of ancient carp or Grecian kind of fish? The kind seen on fountains and on scrolls somewhere?
Very nice piece, Jenni! The fish is so pretty.
Thank you all for the thoughtful love

Thank you Scott for the super compliment, I found this fish design rather different and attractive, Trifari designs are always so creative - if bigger you could see this mounted in your fave seafood restaurant lol
Thanks Thomas for your wonderful comment, yes a very unique Trifari piece, the little net "cage" under the fish is pretty original in jewelry designs
Lauren once again you nailed it, this does look like a carp and I have seen this type in quadruplicate spouting water as part of a big fountain at a Hawaiian hotel now that you mention it! I always adore your comments and compliments your accurate perception is just fantastic thanks so much
Eileen so grateful for the lovely compliments & yes, the red eye is dimensional & I think that's because it's glass, Trifari spared no expense with their pretty designs and I love the sculpted fins too, as I recall now may have seen this type fish in one of the Marriott luxury hotel pool fountains on one of the HI islands on one of my trips there
Thank you so much MrsT for the great compliment you are always so sweet, this really is a pretty lil fellow and it also came in ivory enamel which to me doesn't do the unique design justice, a little color always brings out the beauty IMO :)
Many thanks for the thoughtful love
