Looks like silver plated and the silver is worn off. If it were real silver it would be marked with a sterling assay mark at the very least.

Anyone recognize this mark on a tea/coffee bottom? No other marks. It is old and a bit tarnished almost blackisk but yard to figure material

Thanks. The bottom is light but the pot is tarnished everywhere. I have two. The other one has no markings. I guess they are both plated.
