This quite large 6"L purple & pink glass and rhinestone fancy brooch has pear shape dangles in an antique silvertone setting, perhaps Victorian inspired, from Butler & Wilson (founded 1972) ca 1980s

Thank you Ken for the great compliments, you will find a wealth of great jewelry by Butler & Wilson, this type of retro look fancy plus many graphic rhinestone pieces in the Dorothy Bauer style. The stones really do shimmer and shine, very reflective & a challenge to photograph, and I don't even think they're AB just very faceted
Yes Maureen it's really a humongous 6" long, came in B&W's signature bright pink box which was @ 10" in size, I was stunned! This was an auction win from England where B&W is based so the measurements were in centimeters which always confuses me & had no idea of the actual size. As a petite person I will have to wear it on a coat or maybe on a long ribbon to wear as a pendant, the colors are arresting & it's sure to be a statement piece. Great compliments as always thanx so much

Thanks Mary for the super compliments and explaining that B&W copied vintage designs, these are nuances only a true collector would know about & that is wonderful to know, prior to this I mainly have their animal figurals which while lovely do not have this elegance
