Whimsical Peynet Lovers - a square porcelain wall plate.
Raymond Peynet worked for Rosenthal from 1955 to 1965.
Rosenthal green mark.
Perhaps someone might know when this plate was produced ???
I am not sure about the no.13 mark. Perhaps a shape mark ???
Thanks KERAMIKOS !!.!!.!!
Artist: Peynet, Raymond (1908-1999).
I will ask my very good friend Charlotte as she has quite a collection of Rosenthal Peynet. Charlotte is an ex pat German with the most extraordinary collection of things, mainly porcelain. She has huge knowledge and still sharp despite her age. I love her dearly and as soon as I saw your thumbnail thought of her.
Many thanks KAREN & to you too BROOCHMAN !.!!.!!.!
KERAMIKOS .... Thanks so much for your efforts. Rosenthal marks are an interesting thing in themselves and there seem to be so many variants even within a year.
According to this site below the mark on the Lovers in a tree is 1980.

My question is .... does anyone know about which of the two pairs of Lovers are on my plate ??? I believe the choices are :
Cécile et Valentin
or
Henriette et Daniel
Many thanks AURA !!!!
Many thanks KERAMIKOS .... your enthusiasm has got me going again. I did some initial research about six months ago and had come up with those four names. But I had missed the Italian names completely. Thanks so much again. Kev G.
