This is a pair of brass ladies and when you turn them around and use their hair, they act as a bottle opener. the only mark i can find, is what apeires to be a c within a circle.

I have one of these had it's dated 1947. They were all marks with the the "c" and I believe it's made by Russwood, I could be mistaken. Pretty common figural bottle opener. Very cool!
