Pottery Vase

I was looking in my trunk from 10 years ago and remembered this vase. It is interesting and a mark is located on the bottom. The color is located on the inside and it is roughly made. I don't know whether it's an amateur attempt or possibly a genius. Flowers would look nice in it, soooo what do you think?
