This vase has kind of a funny story. I purchased it a lot earlier this year. I was absolutely livid because I thought the seller sold me damaged pottery. But I got lots of other nice items in the lot so I just accepted it because it was pretty and turned it around on the shelf. Then one day I looked closer and realized these were marks not damage. I'm wondering if it's BACS because there was a BACS vase in the lot.

Honestly I have been thinking Pewabic for the longest time. I forgot the name though. I may be able to confirm it now. If it is it's an oldie. Thanks for the reminder!
