This is an old "Miller Lamps" slag glass electric lamp. The only markings that I can find are as follows; "Bryant Made in USA Pat'd. Nov. 26 1907" "Miller Lamps"
I found one shade that looks much like it that is listed as a H. E. Rainaud/Bradley Hubbard lamp. It's confusing as lamps do get parted out and repaired. This lamp appears to have been factory painted.
