Mini teddy bears from Germany

These bears were kept in my grandparents hutch. Not sure exactly they are. They say Germany on the tag and all have a bow. I believe the eyes to be glass. The arms and legs move. Their mouth and nose are sewn. They are firm and don’t make any sound when squeezing them. They are stitched very well. I have been hunting the internet and books to help identify them.
