Gold Foil and Spatter Art Glass Dish

This is a really beautiful piece of signed art glass with gold foil center strip and jewel tone spatters of red , blue , yellow and white . This is like a shallow little trinket tray , it sits on a ground flat etched signed base of 2 1/2" round at 3/4" height , dish is about 7 1/2" by 6" diameter ( not perfect oval shape) ; cased clear . The signature is very hard to read or decipher , etch not deep enough to see thru powder ; looks like first and second line both start with "Z" or "Y" ; no numbers in etch , so not dated but seems modern due to lack of wear on base . My sister in law loved it and they have recently moved to new home , so I gifted to them as a New Home gift .
