Czech Spatter Glass Water Jug

I've listed this jug as Czech although I personally think it is most likely Welz. Image two shows the jug between a pair of knuckle vases in the same décor, he knuckle vases having already been IDed as Welz. The décor is made up of a large white spatter on a clear base, then overlaid with amber spatter, and the whole being cased in a clear outer layer. The base is slightly dished, no pontil mark. Reeded handle.
