    recently found in old barn believe to be early Hutchinson bottle case but it not easy finding information on them very fee online

      Many times the print on old crates is faded from age, unfortunately it looks like yours has what can best be described as an amateur restoration. The logo and lettering are somewhat uneven and sloppy. Assuming it is a Columbus crate, that bottling operation opened in 1905, so would have held straight-sided bottles.
