These dishes were my grandma and they were given to her by her sister in law in the eightys. My grandma is 97 and she left them to me in the hope chest that they are sitting on in the picture. I have given them to my daughter. In hopes that some day she will pass them on to her kids. But we really dont know anything about them other than what i have stated. I think they were bought as blanks and painted. There is all different makers marks. Tea cups have one that is different from the plates and the serving dishes are different than the salt and pepper shakers. Can any one help me with a little knowledge about older dishes tell me why is there such a large amount of them. Some of the marks i have looked online and i think there from like 1910.
This set is wonderful. Can you take some pictures of the various marks?
