Purchased this small, shallow pottery (terracotta) dish a few years ago. It measures about 5" across and is unglazed except for the center which incorporates slip in the decoration. I define the critter as a "dragon" but it is obviously fantastic. It is signed on the back but I have failed to decipher - except for the date of 72. Welcome any all comments/suggestions? m

It is in Cyrillic. So perhaps Greek or Russian.
