Fenton started with carnival glass then made stretch glass and in 1925 decided to "go all the way" and make hand blown art glass. The skilled workers were given a one year contract. The art glass was so expensive to produce that at the end of the year sales were slow and the men were let go. Therefore this line was produced for one year only in 1925. Today these pieces are rare and expensive. My vase is in the Hanging Hearts decor in Antique Green.
