what is this chair?

Hi, I just received a few chairs [see images] and curious about maker, aprox age, etc. I started collecting mid-century furniture about a year ago – I guess because I’m now mid-century years old and want furnishings around my own age, ha ha.
Anyway, I can see small nail type holes in under bottom where small maker name medallions seem to have been there at one time but not there when I got the chairs. or they are just random small nail holes.
I've been trying to find vintage furniture experts in my area to get some info but no help.
Anyway, I can tell from my little internet research that
1-I have not found this exact style chair but have found danish modern style that seems similar,
2- Most likely someone recovered the cushions within a few years as
(a) the styles I've seen do not have piping on the edges, and
(b)this material is stain resistant and easy clean polyester (I spilled something so i know).
The good news is it is all real wood that’s in good sturdy shape.
After I find out more about the chairs, I plan to recover the cushions in the authentic style originally used with them. If I can find authentic vintage material I’ll use that. I do need to find this out before I start recovering because if this material does turn out to be the original I want to preserve the chairs as is.
