A rather hard to photograph model. My camera does not like the yellow color. Anyway this is a Euclid Quarry Truck released in 1964 (could be 63) and sold through 1967.
Looked up the real thing and it is a large dump truck but on the small side for a quarry truck. No 10 foot tall wheels on this one but it does have dual rear axles each with dual tires. That is respectable.
In the meantime I have been time impaired. Bought a tree 2 weeks ago and haven't been able to decorate it. Luckily I kept it outside in sub 40 degree weather so it is still in fine shape. There may be an interruption in exciting posts. I also need to do Christmas shopping. Cards are not going to happen.
what if you moved matchbox vehicles, how about a whole scene with stacks and loading and unloading areas (he he) and a bit of gravel. My other half has fun with his platform with model railroad steam engines and various types of trains, on tracks, and some scenery. Thanks for posting.
Thank you very much truther dare. I will give that a shot some time.
