White Satin/Alabaster & Cobalt Glass Footed Vase or Chalice Kralik?

I recently acquired this glass footed vase or chalice. As mentioned in past postings I am a novice in this area but eager to learn. Based on what I know the body would be described as "Satin" or "Alabaster"? The lip has an applied cobalt rim and the foot is cobalt "spatter". I have viewed similar identified as Kralik. There are no markings that I can detect. The pontil is not sharp but also not fully polished -in short, rather crude...not sure of the implications. It measures about 5" tall and 5" across at the widest point. Would be most interested in the opinions of the experts - specifically re origin (Kralik or other), age (little evidence of age.)
