I picked this up and don't know anything about it. I can't find the name or figure out the 1st name on the signature. If you look closely, it has a sanded finish, it's heavy but not magnetic.
It looks to me like the last name is Mckinley or Kinley but I am having a time figuring out the first name starting with "D".
If you know who it is, please feel free to help. It measures 12" tall and the base is wooden.
