Old Paris Vase

I purchased the vase with the flowers just a few days ago. In the store the vase looked brown, so I passed when I saw it the first time. The second time, I had a closer look and noticed that the vase was actually white underneath. It took some time to carefully clean it. The hand painted flowers are as bright as can be but there is some loss of the gilding, especially on the top. I was aware of that when I bought the vase and I am not particularly bothered by it. Also, the painting is a lot simpler than on the vase to the right.

There is a mark on the bottom of the vase but I am not sure what it is. It looks to me like 964 and could be the mold number.

I am not sure what the category of this item should be.
