Vintage High Chair- Found Under House

Just found this high chair under a house that we bought in the Sequoia Mountains in California. I believe the people we bought the house from are the original owners of the high chair.
It seems like red leather and I think the wood is birch. It is really neat looking... I would love to know more about it!
