Religious pendant

I was cashing in my coins at the knights of Columbus on Christmas Eve day , I was at 1100 when the ceo said stop , the tec had to close out the registers ... I came home and empty my pockets and this appeared , I never seen it ... it’s not a coin but a pendent necklace without a chain . Who is depicted in the pic , what are they holding does it mean any thing . It’s 1 inch round and is sterling silver thanks
