      Looks like a work of Fred H Ball.
      I Believe the frame was once sold with a print of the Mona Lisa or Lisa del Giocondo in it.
      Nice catch.

      i changed my mind and put a totally different print in it. This is a 1919 chromo called "Alladin: a lantern carrier" by Kay Nielsen.
