I found this at Goodwill the other day [$1.49 per lb!!]. i unlamped it, but can't get the top and bottom brass pieces off so will enjoy it as is. there is a mark on the bottom - which has some western letters on it. maybe it is Japonisme? anyone recognize?
this might be a Minton lamp - as people on the Japanese Decorative Arts FB forum thought.
