1) Cook's Slotted Diamond Link (H-1236 B). Patent #265025, this wire was created by Joseph Cook of Chicago, Ill in 1882. There is another variation that has two holes for the link connection (H-883 B)
2) Edenborn & Greische Crossed Barbed wire (H-1292 B). Patent #271,693, this wire was patented in 1883 by William Edenborn and Gustav Griesche of St. Louis, MO.
3) Daley Four Point Double Wrap (H-1252 B). Patent #209467. Patented in 1878 by Michael Daley of Waterman, Ill. A very symmetric and attractive design.
4) Kelly Flat Ribbon with Flat Hanging Barbs (H-929 B). A variation of patent #84,062 which had pins inserted in the slits. The inventor was Michael Kelly of New York, NY in 1868. This 18" specimen has 6 barbs, a higher count than usual.
Look at that Daley wire!!! I need it.
I agree with barbedwireguy, this one is literally a piece of work.
