Gold and green very heavy. Much like a black diamond. Found in west cost central. california river. I'd like to get more information on it.

Looks like iron pyrite
Yup, Pyrite very common to that area. Commonly called "Fools Gold".
Iron pyrite was it nicknamed Fool's Gold? I believe it was.
