Came with some items I purchased. I can't seem to find any info on this item. I find one with a female but they have no idea of age or what it was used for. Thanks

No clue about the age but it looks not super old. This is one of the Eight Immortals in Chinese myth, Zhongli Quan (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zhongli_Quan). Your female figure is likely one of them as well.
