    This vase is about 7.25" high. My first piece of Toyo art glass! Guessing 1980s, but maybe Karen will set me straight!

    There is also a lot of glass made in Taiwan which bears a different Toyo label. Not sure if that company is connected or is a completely unrelated company.

      Picture 3 has a hypnotic effect! Just looking at it seems to draw one into the swirl.

      @Watchsearcher - Look into the vase, look deeply into the vase.... Now time will tell if the subliminal hypnotic suggestion ingrained in that image for CWers to mail me their favorite piece of glass works! My address is in the suggestion!

      Thanks for your comment renedijkstra! The Japanese copied a lot of European glass so Martens may have inspired this artist. I think it was made in the 1950s.
