Looks like a British Royal. I’d say it is Prince George, the Duke of Kent.

Yeah sir i also think its prince George, but there's a very lightly written sign " P.H Lapesk 19" wonder whose sign thts for...

I’m really interested in this one, Abdul. He must have sat for this portrait. He is a significant figure of the period. He was a bit of a rake and much has been written about his private life.

But another question relates to the desk set you posted. Did it come from the same source as the watercolour or are they separate items ??? Or did you get more ???

Ive got an emblem and this painting from one source, the desk set is different it came up with a another italian SILVERWARE which was actually a makeup box.

I have been playing around with picture but have had no success with an identity, Abdul. The signature is very unclear in the photo. It has faded. Maybe someone can help ???

      Maybe Phil ?.?

I'll try to post a clear image of the signature sir.
