Well, I was hoping for some help identifying exactly what these are and who made them! They have been in my family for a few generations now and I would love to know more about their history.

      Could be Welz.

Welz made similar life lights and cranberry glass was used on other documented shapes.

The small curls of glass under the shell are not something that I have seen before.

Others (especially Welz researcher welzebub) will be along shortly to add information.

Do a search on here for "welz glass" and you will see many similar examples.

      These are definitely Welz production.

Thank you so much for your help. These belonged to my 2nd great grandmother and I am thrilled finally know more about them!
