Luckily, I came across this little gem with a couple day's left at auction. I have never seen one so unique! I firmly believe it is ca. 1935 Carl Palda, but I can't leave Ruckl totally out of the picture either.. It has an original sticker which leads me to think this piece once had some painted decoration of some sort which both Palda and Ruckl did. This lamp measures 7 1/2" at widest section and 5 1/2" tall.. The outer surface has a Crackle finish on both pieces which is really unique. I am so happy to add it to my deco lamp collection.

Sammy’s...I decided it is collecting that turned obsession that has some mental illness related symptoms!!!!! Then there is thought that there may need to be some 12 step related work that should be done. Their definition of insanity... the same behavior repeated over and over with the same result!!!! NOW, WHERE IS THIS PIECE GOING TO GO???? But,oh what fun we have.......collecting!!!!!!!!!! Then there is them damn beads....LOL
