This is a beautiful piece of hand blown glass, with applied handle, I have no idea of the maker or it's age, it is very heavy for it's size, any ideas on this piece?

This could be English, Possibly Stevens and Williams!

Appears to be plated (modern term is "cased") opal inside with green outside. Handle is applied. Whole piece was given an acid bath to impart the frosted surface then nicely hand decorated with enamels. Dates from the Victorian period, most likely 1880s to 1890s
