This is a brooch that i inherited from my Grandmother. I am looking for any info as far as maker, era, value. Anything would help.

Start with 14 carat white gold (that's what it looks to me) Art Deco (?) brooch. The pictures are too blurry for my old eyes to see:(

Could also be platinum. It's very pretty and I can't tell if the stones are blue or green.
