Trying to figure out who designed this DEP doll. She looks like a dolly face? She is composite body with joints in hands, , knees, arms , all fingers intact, and has several layers of clothing.

Can you look above the DEP and see if there is a S&H ? You may have to work hair loose a bit from back of head . DEP merely means Registered does not help to ID her . I have 2 makers in mind , if you could also look at pate and see if it is plaster . The pate is the cover over opening in top of head . She is wonderful and is a German Bisque Dolly face . See if you can get that wig off a bit higher over DEP and I will watch for your reply .
Also look below where head enters body. You should be able to pull gently up on head .
okay . you gave me courage to lift wig. yes it is S&H . The head is bisque porcelain with plaster inside holding eyeballs in place . there is a wooden scull cap over top of head . I have more photos
also I measured her at 27 inches in length. I also have a beautiful antique victorian high chair if you are interested in that.
What should I wash her face off with?
I thought there might be a S&H there . Maker is Simon Halbig Germany .
She is beautiful , You can wash her face with a soft damp cloth and use Qtips to get in small area's . What a great size she is too. When you put her in chair tie a string around waist and tie to back of chair . Always tie a doll in when in a chair . Her dress is wonderful and you can soak it in oxiclean . Take ribbon off and just soak that separate. Thank you for sharing her on CW . Mani
Leave pink ribbon on dress and on my 2nd look it appears your using blue one to secure her in chair ? I would use something less slippery and when you put her in antique high chair but it around waist under dress :-)
