PS: I believe these were called convoluted rocking chairs in the early 1900's
For $20, you can get an appraisal from ValueMyStuff. Also, look online for similar ones and their prices.

Where can I find a spring for a A.H. Schram rocking chair
The spring broke on my A.H.Schram rocking chair. No luck finding a spring maker, did find a great welding shop that repaired the broken spring. Longmont Welding in Longmont, Colorado 303-776-1212.
