My Very interesting LEONARD CLOWN

Anyone seen a Leonard clown that is not silver plated !!! But is solid sterling silver , just had it checked and cleaned , had it for years ! And now I have a solid bank ??? And can’t find anyone or any leads or info how why , there is a solid silver RARE BIRD ??????
