Looks like a 1930's Buick flying goddess.
Not after market, research 1934 Buick flying goddess hood ornament. Series 40, part number T29693 DES PAT 90750 Made by Ternstedt Mfg of Detroit
Does look alot like the 1934 Buick. I don't have it in hand, but no cape. Would that be possible? Thats why I thought aftermarket.
Yes it is quite possible because there were a number of different variations of the flying goddess produced. Some with a cape some just her arms stretched to the back, some with her long hair straight out behind her. Packard had her arms to the front and angel wings on her back. She was very popular as both a hood ornament and also a radiator cap ornament on early cars with an exposed radiator cap. Buick kept her the same from 1931 to 1933 and in 34 started changing her.
