Just this morning I purchased these three pieces of bisque pottery. I was attracted by the minimalist simplicity and terrific modern lines. I suspect they were donated by the same person though they do not appear to be from the same manufacturer. The long, narrow pieces is clearly marked Charles Houston c 1959; the rectangular pot is marked "Creek Turn Pottery" "185" and a hand painted notation "PVP" the free form bowl is marked with only the same hand-painted "PVP" notation twice? Although I very much like the bisque look amd wondering if they all were acquired with the intention to decorate and glaze/fire? I don't know enough about the process to comment with any assurance. Welcome comments. Thanks
