Swan trying to identify. Yellow bill and long tail confuse me.

Large white swan. Have not been able to get identification.I saw a couple that are so close but bill is black and the tail is not so long. He is 24 inches long by 15.5 inches tall by 6 inches wide. Estate find. I appreciate any help. Thanks for looking.
