Edit*** Fixed the horrible photos I had here! And added a pic of a life size warrior on his pony, in front of a very expensive shop, Didn’t buy just wanted to stop and look!!!
This is a 3 stone necklace made by a well known silversmith Leonard Nez of the Navajo tribe. His works are in museums all over the 4 corners area of the U.S. I love it when I saw it and the price was great, so me being me, I looked him up and when I saw the price his work commanded, snatched this up in a hurry! Got it for a steal of a deal!!!
Enjoy!
It is gorgeous ! I love it xo
Fantastic turquoise necklace, the stones are so bright & beautiful, and it is wonderfully designed with that lovely leaf drop - kudos share on this fabulous find!
Hi Ken! OMG YESSSSS! And just when I think I won't buy anything more, BAMMM that's when I find something by "accident" ! hahahahaha Not even 1% of it's true value. Ok, maybe 1% Thanks so much for stopping in and leaving your comment! Always look forward to them.
Ms Mani! So good to see you! My reply goes to all that reply here. How could anyone walk away from something like this??? I know I can't! Thank you for looking and loving! Miss you my friend ;)
Yes Mary, I did do it again! What can I say... I haven't even shown 1/4 the signature is so key! I can't help it if they don't know or don't care. xoxo
Jenni, I was trying to get your attention last night as I saw you were on same time as I was. tee hee hee!!! Got this one on valentines day! Thank you and next time we'll catch each other while on at the same time!

I appreciate you stopping in!
Me being a cheap arse, anything special I get for a great price becomes even more treasured. Sorta like the previous owner didn't value it enough so I will, even as I gloat.
I can see you wearing this. It's quite a simple design but beautifully executed.
The feather balances the design so well.
Well done you!
Karen, meee tooo! And yes, I love the simple design of it too and it's so well made. I do have a feeling that there may have been another feather on here, in the traditional sense, but it's all good. I was going to add one but 2nd thought, I won't. Sometimes loosing things is a good thing. Better yet, being accepted as is, is key! Thanks so much! xoxo
Thank you two for stopping in and hitting the love button ;)

Much appreciated!!!
Great catch Sue, a type of jewellery I wanted to collect but never did start so I learned nothing about it. I see that the bailiff named Bird for Judge Judy collects a lot of these flashier pieces, bracelets, and wears them so I gather he knows a lot.
xx00 !~
I really love this one! I like the fact that there is a little less "going on" in the silver details then what you sometimes see in other necklaces of this type. I am saying that without any knowledge about this maker and I mean no offense to those who make them more detailed. It is a matte of taste.
I enjoy that the stones speak for themselves like they do here, with a little less details it allows the stones to be in focus. Wonderful necklace!
Thank you dear Phil. You would have done well had you collected this, or turquoise pieces I mean. It's fun and I love it. I've been wearing this one everyday since I got it. When ever I've watched Judge Judy, not on a regular basis, I've just been surprised at how she has always spoken to people. She's not often wrong, just so blunt and loud! haha I never really noticed much else. Always love your comments!
Phil, did you look up the maker on this? Just curious.
Hi Elisabethan, I agree with you 100% And I love the color too. Okay, I just went to a site that's now my go to site while trying to figure out what mine the turquoise I have came from, it just took me about an hour and I still couldn't find it so I typed in his site what I thought it was and I do believe I found it! Oh and I love the simplicity of this piece too. It's not tiny, or large... like mama bear, it's just right! ( or was that Goldie Locks that found the Just Right?) This chain is hand made too, you can't even see a seam in each link! That's a whole lot of skilled work just in one piece. I think the person that had it before just didn't take care of it, it's not scratched up but I say that because I feel one feather is missing, I don't mind that at all and could possibly be wrong but with this link chain, I would say that the clasp has been replaced. In fact, it just dawned on me that maybe the other owner needed to make it shorter. I'll bet that's what happened there! Back to the mines, I got this info from Durango Silver. John Hartman is the owner, it's been family owned for 30 or 40 years and his site is extensive AND he is such a great person as well. I wrote him asking his opinion on a piece I had and he answered me so quickly I couldn't believe it! Super nice guy to do that! I hope one day I can buy my Bisbee turquoise from him. It's very, very expensive but I will be sure it's what he says it is, with a certificate of authenticity and it will just go up in price from there. Turquoise is booming again. I have come to the conclusion from his info, this is Natural Sleeping Beauty turquoise! And it's rare being natural, plus that mine closed in the 70's. Below is a link to his site, I hope whomever might be interested, go there and check it out. He's also got a lot of videos on you tube. Here it is...

Hope I didn't ramble on too long, but... it's obviously my passion!!! I just have to share it ;) Thank you for giving me the opportunity to do so!
Dang, that was a long reply!!! haha
And I just saw Mary's comment, You're coming here to the States? I would love to meet up with you! I know the 3 of us would have some great fun...sounds exciting!
