this is a heavy frame, I believe it is an Art Nouveau era frame. Any ideas or thoughts as to it's origin? the third picture is the mark of the artist? who is listed on the last picture is the paper that was found under the glass when I purchased it from a thrift store.
I have added another picture to this post. The last page was under the glass.
