Anyone know what this homemade device is (tube tester, mabye)? The main components are a GE Motor Alternator Type GN33, 12VDC, made for US Army Signal Corps, a Pagent Resistor and Centralab Pot. It was in a box of miscellaneous items I picked up at an Estate Sale - I have not attempted energizing it yet.... Thanks for any info!
