Applied Frog/Bride's Basket Glass Vase - Kralik?

This is one of my recent glass finds. Not that I needed one more!
I believe that this is a vintage vase, possibly made by Kralik. Not knowing much about glass, I believe that there where other makers that made this style of vases, too.

The vase appears to be hand made and has a polished pointil. It is in very good condition but needs a really good wash. Because of the design of the top of the vase it is a bit of a challenge to clean it properly.
