German Jasperware Plaque with high relief Georgian figures

There was a post not so long ago with a Jasperware or Bisque figure, and I thought I'd find my Plaques, and my husband has managed to dig them out of the garage! They are marked Germany and 11471. I think they date to the beginning of the 20th century, as they say Germany not made in Germany. The figures are dressed in Georgian clothing (Regency), high waisted gowns and the man is dressed like Nelson. There is damage to the mans hand, something is missing.
