    I need help identifying these patches. They appear to be old and kind of neat. Both look like the same but maybe made out of different materials, that could explain the difference in color. I recently came across an estate and this was in a box. Other clues available are that there there is a M.R.S Citations manual with it is labeled Camp F.E. Williamson MRS

    USA 721st Railway Operating Battalion - On the bottom the Parbatipur India.

    The manual is full of commendations, and correspondences all dated 1944-1945 - ww2 era i believe.

    Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
