small pressed glass (?) tray

One more from a boxful of glass bits in the attic. This little tray measures 9-3/4" L (w/handles) and a little over 5" wide, just an inch or so total height. It kinda looks to me like it was meant to hold a little tabletop set of something (salt/pepper, sugar/creamer, salad dressing cruets?) and in fact it does have a very similar pattern to the butter dish I just showed, also to a little cruet, all of which (nearly) came from the same general box in the attic. No chips/cracks, also no maker's mark I can find. Suggestions welcomed, if anybody recognizes anything about it! :-) :-) :-)
