Tiffany Rose Lamp Shape or Repo ??

Hi I recently picked up this lamp shade for a buck. The sale I was at had a bunch of expensive lamps in the house and I found this broken lamp shade in the garage well packaged . No idea how to identify lamp shapes. Is it a cheap repo or a shade I should consider getting repaired? Really like the cool colors . Thanks as anything helps and remember knowledge is power!
