    I don't know what tool is it and what it used for. It looks like some type of sockets with adjustable jaws. About 3" long, it has a cotton pin to hold 2 parts together.

      Don't be so cheap, show the other side please. Are there any markings on it? How long is it? Give us something to work with.

      The part that you flipped over looks like a drive plug for a female drive ratchet.How about a photo of the other side of the piece with the screw in it?

      Please consider an adjustable valve grinder. Handle missing, possible one head of several made for one handle. I don,t understand the two "ears" on the square.

      It looks like a faceplate or clamp ring remover. Smaller ones like this are used to remove the outer rings clamping older camera lenses together.
