Sofa/Library table given to me by my grandmother. It is from four generations ago, early 1900's she thought. Can you help solve this mystery?

Its from the later 1930's. The Knoxville table Co. became the table & chair co in the late years of the 1930's when they ceased to exist. Not quite as old as you thought but that is common from those generations when because you have grandmothers the piece has to be early 20th century, even though grandmothers can buy things until they die. I found many people would not believe me even though for instance a piece was never made until the mid 50's but it was grandma's so it had to be early 1900's but there are many morons like that out there who refuse to believe simple logic. Not a museum piece, they made simple quality but fairly sturdy furniture. I imagine you might find some info, maybe ads or postcards if you checked the main library in Knoxville TN. in their archive room, I started to look in archive rooms and found very useful info for myself in the mid 80's when archive rooms came into existence !~
