Please help me with finding what type of dolls these are? Not sure who or where they originated but they were found at a Goodwill

After having searched "womens traditional hats" and searched some more I found these photos. From that I think these dolls are from Kazakstan. I also found an article that said the country exports watermelons :) so the food on the table is not wrong. What do you think?
